I have made the purchase, how will I get my product??

Congratulations for your purchase. As soon as you place the order you would receive a welcome email with your account & log in details that will allow you to download the product and all its add-ons. Please DO check your SPAM folder too. If you still haven't received any email, please contact us with your transaction details.

I forgot my login id and password?

Hey don't worry, simply go to login area and select the option of 'Forgot Username/Password', and fill in your email address. I will send you the details again.

I'm facing problem in downloading the product?

Please raise a ticket with details of your problem along with the purchase details. I will get back to you with solution ASAP.

What is the format of product, I will receive??

The product and its related add-ons would be in ".pdf" format. The PDF files can be viewed in Adobe Reader, which is available for FREE.

Can I resell or reproduce (a part or whole) the products, I have purchased??

No. You can NOT. You get the product with Personal Use rights only.
